Residences are the places where one wants to be own self and make the most of all their private spaces. Hence the architecture and interior of this project is comprehensive in all means. A G+2 structure on a plot of 1,700 SFT with elements like open to sky cut-outs, courtyard, water-body and double height spaces make this house lively.

The architecture echoes simple planning and neat structure by the use of self-effacing exposed brick walls in combination with white painted ones.Courtyard on the ground floor lets the house open into larger usable semi-covered spaces, which also segregates the public spaces and private spaces. The first floor houses 2 large bedrooms and a balcony overlooking onto the court below. The water body creates a fresh look by sitting along the courtyard. Second floor is planned a bedroom, an entertainment room and a terrace aided with pantry availing space for large gatherings. The pergola extending on the outer edge breaks the flat façade customs.

The interior of the house is warm owing to use of earth materials like kota and exposed brick and natural hues of whites and browns. Exposed R.C.C surfaces are seen in ceilings that avoid add on false-ceilings in the common areas. Details like Shrinathji incarnation, engraved on the staircase wall, exposed brick as bed back for the bedroom and marbles and kota floors in the common areas give a cutting edge to the residence. Moreover, the natural teak texture seen in the wooden floors of bedroom and in the furniture adds to warmth of the abode.
