Dream bungalows is a project that walks one into a world of luxurious living. It has something to offer to all people of varying needs. It is one residential development with a perfect combination of indoor & outdoor recreation facilities.
An odd shaped plot sometimes offer better design opportunities. This is exactly the case in this project. While working on the site plan, we decided to make three typologies of villas varying in planning and response to the outdoors.
Each triplex has a double height entrance element ending into a sloping canopy balance well by other masses of exposed brick and glass. This element is further repeated at terrace level to create an interesting play of masses.
