Kasper Meadows

Client: Kasper Group
Project Details: Umeta, Vadodara, 2015
Area: 1,69,577 Sqft
Programme: Weekend Villas
Status: On-going

For a better living away from the rushes of a city, Kasper Meadows is abstracted to celebrate the theory of weekend villas. This community is conceptualised for a traditional living by incorporating humble design elements like varendahs, sloping roof and well-ventilated and sufficiently lit spaces.

21 villas encompassed around the centrally placed club-house, the layout is tactfully plotted on a comfortable sized campus. Landscape is designed to keep the inside and outside connected through vegetation. The roof adhere open spaces to keep the overall abode cool and shaded. Each villa is detailed with the use of earth materials like stone, wood and Mangalore tiling for roofing system.

A mix of sustainable notions like water harvesting, solar energy, green pockets in the overall site along with modern infrastructure is aided for easy maintenance.

With highly spreading need of getting a break from the daily hustles of urban life, this communal living is carefully designed to serve the purpose.
