The sample house set up here reflects the spacious interior spaces with modern and minimalist style. The entrance is narrow space, highlighted by playful mirror mural spreading on the entire wall supported with wooden ceiling to giving a bold welcome.Here is placed a sculpture to give a wholehearted fee as one enters.
The living area is smartly divided into two by a simple mid-height wooden panel catering as TV unit. This lets the space breathe better and impacts the spacious living space extending into the balcony. The balcony further adds life and natural light by allowing natural ventilation across the house. Warm teakwood furniture permeated with bright soft furniture brightens the space. The dining opening onto the kitchen is kept white to give a chic look and feel.
To break the monotony of the house, the passage is aided with art work to grab one’s attention make this dead space lively. The bedroom having finished in white PU with a measured use of veneer is adhered by colourful add-ons. This in turn opens into a small standing balcony allowing a beautiful view of the outside. The kids’ bedroom has a mix of white and blue keeping in mind the requirements and cheerful nature of the children. Whereas the parent’s room and guest room is kept self-effacing by the use of veneer in the nominal furniture for the users.
On the overall, the sleek furniture details and walls in white elevate the contemporary house from interior to complement its modest exterior.
